more than 15 sub-Saharan African countries. He has worked with State and Non-State institutions, international organizations, academia and regional governance
actors.

Florence Annan Waka is the Founder and Director of Lead Practice, a consultancy firm specializing in leadership, governance, and strategy. Her firm offers technical advisory, public policy, and information knowledge services to clients across the public, civic, and private sectors.
FLORENCE ANNAN WAKA
Ms. Christine Alai is a human rights lawyer with 15 years’ experience advancing equality, justice, and social inclusion across East and Central Africa. She currently serves as the Transitional Justice Advisor to the UN Commission on Human Rights in South Sudan and is a co-founder of Utu Wetu Trust, which works to prevent and respond to conflict-related sexual and gender-based violence.

Mr. Martin Mavenjina is a Constitutional and Human Rights lawyer with extensive experience in research, policy review, and advocacy on civic space, security
governance, counterterrorism, and transitional justice at national, regional, and international levels. He currently serves as Senior Program Advisor for Transitional Justice at the Kenya Human Rights Commission.
